Portland Cement Type I-II
This product provides the basic performance characteristics of Type I Portland Cement, as well as the moderate sulfate resistance and lower heat of hydration characteristic of Type II Portland Cement. It is an exceptionally versatile basic building material, suitable for a variety of concrete construction applications.
Meets the ASTM C 150 In. the Standard Specification for Portland Cement
· Mixing ratio of concrete is 1 part cement, 2 parts sand and 3 parts gravel.
· Mixing ratio of mortar is 1 part cement, ½ parts lime and 3 ½ to 4 ½ parts sand.
· Suitable for laying bricks, setting blocks, patching and stone work.
USE: Mix to make all cement-based products.

Blacktop Patch
A ready-to-use patching material containing a mixture of blended asphalts, aggregates and additives.
For repairing potholes in blacktop drives, walks and parking lots
Repair areas up to 3 feet by 3 feet by 4 inches.
All-purpose Sand
A general purpose product for landscaping projects and other general applications.
Standard Block 8x8x16
Most common CMU shape in building, multiple applications.

Holds the rebar in the desired position as the concrete sets and cures.

All-Purpose Gravel
Uniformly sized gravel that is ideal as a drainage base for footings, posts and slabs.

Non-Shrink Construction Grout
A sanded, Portland cement-based, non-shrink grout. This product is designed for use as a dry pack, plastic or flowable high strength grout. It will exhibit slight expansion prior to initial set in normal working temperatures.
